Top 'O the morn'in to you all! To celebrate the Irish in all of us we will be having an Irish meal of Corned Beef and fixings. Feel free to do some research if you want but some of the items I came up with are: Corned Beef Brisket of course - Allyn and Tami will provide one but we may need another as well. Colcannon ( mashed potatoes and cabbage and butter) these could all come separate also. Cooked carrots, I'm sure they eat salad but I didn't see a recipe :-) Irish Soda Bread, Anything green, Anything you want to bring. Oh, I did get some mint chocolate chip ice cream to keep with the green theme :-) Cancelosi's are bringing a salad and some corned beef Setzer's are bringing Irish Soda Bread Walter 's are bringing corned beef and ice cream Have fun with it but don't stress over anything and enjoy coming together Thursday at 6:30.
